If you decide not to keep an item you've received, send the unused product back to us for a refund or exchange. Please insure the product for its value and use a freight service that can trace the package if it becomes lost. If we incorrectly shipped an item to you, we will pay your return freight costs. Send any unused, non-defective item back within 30 days of receipt. Because of the seasonal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items beyond 30 days of your receipt. Any item that is defective can be returned at any time within the manufacturer's warranty for repair, replacement, or credit.

Please include the following:
- Invoice number
- Name and code of item being returned
- Reason for return
- Indicate refund or exchange
- Name, item code, size, color and price of exchange item (it is often advantageous to call and order the exchage item as we cannot guarantee it will be in stock upon our receipt of your package)
- Method of payment if exchange item exceeds replaced item in price or if there are any additional shipping costs. If original order was placed by credit card, that card number will automatically be credited or charged accordingly.
