Cold rub-on N-Kinetic powder is used to finish glide surfaces. Enhances glide and sensitivity, especially in transformed cold snow. Sprinkle onto the ski base, then apply with cork, felt, or roto tool. It is not to be applied with waxing iron.

The new Durable Base Wax from Star comes in powder form for iron application, block form for fleece application, and liquid form. Both the block and the liquid forms contain additional adhesive ingredient to ensure that wax stays on the base, and the wax is formulated specifically to be tenacious and highly wear-resistant. While this product has been requested by long-distance racing teams, the formulation often wins testing on its own, and can be race wax in a very broad range, especially including harder and tougher snow types.

Jet Liquid is a fluor free top finish spray for racers. Yellow for high moisture wet snow Red for a wide coverage of mid range snow temperatures Blue for cold snow Recommended snow temps Yellow 32f to 25f Red 28f to 10f Blue 14f to -4f For wet, saturated snow, technicians will spray on a generous layer of yellow and leave to dry. This creates a film of hydrophobic wax that helps break the surface tension of the water-saturated snow. For colder snow, it is effective to apply the red or blue in a much thinner layer and rub it to a fine polish with a felt pad. Very competitive results in World Cups for the last two years.

PC100 is built for racing in wet conditions, featuring Swix Nano Contact technology to reduce friction and enhance glide. It forms a fast, water-repellent surface, perfect for coarse, transformed snow with 30–100% humidity

The HS line of waxes is a non-fluoro glide wax line that replaces the old LF line. These waxes are great for both training and competition. Recommended iron temp: 150°C (311°F) HS6 BLUE, 10ºF/21°F HS6 is very versatile. Its area of use stretches from underlayer for powder to racing wax and base prep wax for cold skis. HS6 has a good durability and offers great performance on natural and artificial snow. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Important to have a good iron to get an efficient melting of the wax. HS6 can be used as race wax alone or as a base for top coats. Recommended iron temp: 145°C (293°F). HS7 VIOLET, 18°F/28ºF HS7 performs great in normal winter conditions below the freezing point. Its hardness makes it convenient to work with and easy to get a good end-result. Can be used as a racing wax at low air humidity, but will also serve the purpose as a brilliant training wax. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating ski or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Important to have a good iron to get an efficient melting of the wax. HS7 can be used as race wax alone or as a base for top coats. Recommended iron temp: 140°C (284°F). HS8 RED, 24.8º/39.2ºF A great wax for both base-prep and training. It can also be used as a race wax, preferably used with a top coat. Easy to melt and very convenient to work with. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Important to have a good iron to get an efficient melting of the wax. Recommended iron temp: 130°C (266°F). HS10 YELLOW, 32°F/50ºF HS10 is a great base prep wax, but also a great training wax. Ideal in warm conditions, typically during spring skiing. For racing we recommend to go with a top coat as the final layer. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability.
