Liquid glide waxes will always perform better if a base preparation is done with an ironed-in paraffin or the use of a liquid base primer. Use the Pure Pro Base liquid base primer on a regular basis on new and stone grinded skis and from time to time during the season to get the most benefit and wear resistance from the liquid glide waxes. Liquid base wax doesn't need to be ironed in and can be used as a base for other liquid glide waxes and paraffins

Rode Racing Liquids come in Cold, Med and Warm. These waxes are durable and fast out of the gate. Simple to use and a sponge applicator is included for easily spreading the product. We simply cannot say enough about this wax. Racing Liquid Warm -3C to 0C 26F to 32F RLW is a versatile warm solution especially when the humidity remains below 50%.

The HS series are great gliders for training and competition with very good glide properties. HS5 TURQUOISE, -.4°F/14°F The 5 series is the hardest wax in the HS line, and is a great choice in cold conditions, due to its great durability and dry friction properties. It's a great choice both for alpine and cross country. Despite being a wax for cold conditions, the melting point makes it easier to apply than many competitors, in this area, without sacrificing the great glide properties. For fresh, old or manmade snow. The speed of the iron should be approx. 8-10 sec. on a skating ski. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Scraping after appr. one minute. Important to have a good iron to get an efficient melting of the wax. HS5 can be used as a race wax alone or as a base for top coats. YELLOW, 35.6ºF/50°F, 125ML A liquid spray-on training and racing wax that can be used alone, or as base for other racing waxes. For very wet conditions when the snow has turned transformed. Ideal for spring skiing when the dirt content typically is high, as HS10L collect less pollution from the snow than comparable paraffin waxes. A great choice in warm weather that never underperforms. Extreme durability! A great powder for extra cold conditions, that has high durability on aggressive snow and excellent dry friction properties. - Perfect on cold man-made snow - Easier to apply than corresponding cold waxes PSP is a special powder wax to add to other waxes to increase their durability, and to protect the base from ice abrasion. For especially abrasive snow, such as newly man-made snow, apply the wax of choice and then iron. While the wax is still in liquid form, or at least still warm, sprinkle the PSP powder over the wax. Even a generous amount will not affect glide. Then iron the powder into the wax layer. Allow cooling, then scrape and brush away the excess. Recommended iron temp: 150°C (302°F). Replaces the CH3X.

If we were to recommend one liquid wax to have it would be RLM. Good in a variety of snow types and in the key temp range of the 20s This won about 70% of our fluoro free wax tests last year. We simply cannot say enough about this wax. Racing eXtra Liquid Warm -3C to 0C (26F to 32F) RLW is a versatile warm solution especially when the humidity remains below 50%.
