A high performance waxless solution for classic suitable for training, racing, or even just casual skiing. Skin skis are similar to the popular RCS and RCR Crown Classic Skis, but offer dramatically better performance when the classic track has refrozen or is icy—anytime you’d historically have to fuss with klister. The Twin Skin "Race" model is a more affordable than top-shelf ski models. Fischer employs 2 separate mohair skin strips arranged in slightly offset positions with variable base-depth integration that result in smooth gliding and better kick in difficult conditions. These utilize longer grip fibers and a longer kick pocket than the Twin Skin Carbon and the new, Speedmax model, emphasizing kick performance over glide.
Replacement skins available.
