Shipping and Return Policy

In-stock web and phone orders are typically shipped within 24 hours and take an additional 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on destination and barring weather issues. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange minus shipping charges. Return and reshipping costs in the case of non-defective merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. We will also be glad to replace or exchange damaged or defective merchandise; please contact us to report defects or damage.

We will strive to have these shipping prices reflected in the checkout process during your online order, however in some instances there may be a discrepancy. Return/Exchange Policy

If you decide not to keep an item you've received, send the unused product back to us for a refund or exchange. Please insure the product for its value and use a freight service that can trace the package if it becomes lost. If we incorrectly shipped an item to you, we will pay your return freight costs. Send any unused, non-defective item back within 30 days of receipt. Because of the seasonal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items beyond 30 days of your receipt. Any item that is defective can be returned at any time within the manufacturer's warranty for repair, replacement, or credit.

Return/Exchange Instructions

Please include the following:

  1. Invoice number
  2. Name and code of item being returned
  3. Reason for return
  4. Indicate refund or exchange
  5. Name, item code, size, color and price of exchange item (it is often advantageous to call and order the exchage item as we cannot guarantee it will be in stock upon our receipt of your package)
  6. Method of payment if exchange item exceeds replaced item in price or if there are any additional shipping costs. If original order was placed by credit card, that card number will automatically be credited or charged accordingly.
  7. If a shipment arrives damaged, please save the original box and packing material and call us (800) 754-8685.
