Product Review from New Moon's Marica Engebretson: "When I first took the rollerski boots out of the box, I was amazed at how lightweight they were, which made me a little skeptical regarding the amount of lateral support they would provide. It was a 90 degree day, so what better time to try a boot that was vented and LW. I slipped them on and not only did I marvel at how lightweight they were, but how good they felt. They are padded enough in just the right places, so skiing in them right out of the box was no problem. For the minimalist design I felt plenty of support during the lateral push. The boot is incredibly stiff where it needs to be for lateral movement. What a great feel after skiing in my older, heavier and warmer skate boots over the years. No more hot and sweaty feet! I have always enjoyed rollerskiing in the summer and Fall, not only for preparation of the upcoming ski season, but simply for the workout and the feel of gliding down the road. Using the Fischer rollerski boot will make it even more enjoyable and the bright yellow color will add additional visibility on the road. For the skier with skinny ankles, you may need to wear a mid weight sock vs lightweight for a more snug cuff fit around the ankle."
