The most effective tool available to rapidly remove surface wax and clear structure when using extremely hard and high melt-point waxes. While this brush is very aggressive, it does not harm the ski base or alter the grind pattern or impart microstructure to the base. This brush is directional – the bristles have a directional alignment meaning that the brush has a “smooth” direction and an “aggressive” direction. The “smooth” orientation is effective for most uses. Surface Wax Removal – Extremely effective. Clean Structure – Very effective. Film Management – Total film reduction. The core of roto brushing is the Rex roto handle, which comes with quick-swap 100mm and 140mm axles out of the box. Switching between brushes is quick and easy because the brush can be swapped without removing the axle from the drill. Compatible with all brushes that use 100mm diameter hexagonal axles. We recommend using a device with a minimum rotation speed of approximately 1500 RPM. The quick-release shield makes the handle also compatible with large Merino rollers. Next Fluoro Free. This long-haired “punk fleece” is designed to be an extremely effective finishing fleece, creating perfectly smooth films. When used on successive layers this fleece preserves the discrete layers, and does not mix layers together. This quality makes it a critical tool for the most advanced waxers in fluoro free race waxing. Most Effective at 3000-4000rpm. liquid waxes. (70mm - Hair Length 22mm)

Next Fluoro Free. Universal Nylon brush for moderate film reduction and polising of all waxes. Specifically designed for moderate film reduction and effective polishing of ironed paraffin in fluoro free race waxing, but is also very effective on fluoro waxes.
